Control Systems Engineer
Job Overview
As a Controls Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining IT infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient operations within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing various control systems to optimize performance and security.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement control systems to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control solutions into existing systems
Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage vulnerability issues
Utilize Quantum engineering principles to improve system performance
Maintain and troubleshoot SQL databases such as PostgreSQL
Implement automation tools like Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment
Monitor network security using Meraki solutions
Work with Pegasystems to streamline business processes
Ensure compliance with WDS (Windows Deployment Services) standards
Experience
Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation
Familiarity with Quantum engineering concepts
Proficiency in SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with automation tools like Jenkins
Knowledge of vulnerability management practices
Experience in utilizing Meraki for network security monitoring
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
