Machine Operator

Our client specializes in the manufacture of inflatable seals and bladders for simple to complex sealing, clamping/holding, and lifting applications. Inflatable seals are made in house by hand to our customers’ exact specifications.OVERVIEW:We are seeking a skilled Rubber Molder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating molding machines and ensuring the production of high-quality rubber molded products. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, working well with hands, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.JOB DUTIES:Operate molding machines and equipment to produce molded parts according to specifications.Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the dimensions and tolerances of molded components.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.Participate in training sessions for new machinery or processes.EXPERIENCE:Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and use of precision measuring instruments is essential.Background in rubber or fabrication and manufacturing processes will be advantageous.BENEFITS:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid time offSCHEDULE:6am-2pm+ occasional Overtime
