Lead Software Engineer

Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of modern software systems at Valorem Reply, guiding a development team while building scalable cloud-based solutions on Azure. You work closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to ship production software and establish reliable CI/CD practices. You’ll leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and maintain engineering standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with impact on architecture, delivery speed, and cross-team collaboration.
