KPMG is currently seeking an Associate for our Advisory practice.
Responsibilities
Support delivery and development of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to projects, programs or portfolio management
Support development and maintenance of program/project charters, schedules, management plans, risk management and supporting artifacts
Support regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership and adhere to quality and performance standards set by team leadership
Support teams to conceptualize and determine communications and training strategies that support their goals and objectives
Support the development of communications and training products that support transformation goals/objectives and adoption of new technologies and/or processes
Develop content for and design PowerPoint decks, fact sheets, roadmaps, status reports
Qualifications
Applicant must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Policy, Justice and Law, Organizational Psychology, Operations, Management, Information Systems, Accounting, Strategy, Political Science, Government, Human Factors/Human Centered Design, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university
Applicant must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.00 or above
Strong technical aptitude, demonstrated quality service mindset, critical thinking and quantitative skills and ability to contribute to several projects at once
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and attentive to detail and resourceful in delivering high quality work
Applicant must be eligible for or possess a U.S. Government Security clearance
Applicant must reside within a commutable distance of the office for this position and be responsible for your own transportation, such as personal vehicle or public transportation, to get to and from office / client locations to satisfactorily fulfill your job duties, as determined by your practice leadership
Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay
