MCF is a Securities and Exchange Commission registered investment advisor.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, experienced professional to serve in a dual role supporting both MCF Advisors and MCF Legal. This position is responsible for owning the estate planning process from post-design through execution and implementation, while also acting as a key operational bridge between the advisory and legal teams.This role combines:Paralegal-level legal supportClient and advisor coordinationWorkflow and project managementThe ideal candidate is a career paralegal and coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, enjoys managing complex workflows, and takes pride in delivering a polished, outstanding client experience.Key Responsibilities    Manage estate planning files from post-design through execution and funding support   Enforce timelines and ensure accountability across all stages of the planning process   Track & communicate status of all active matters and proactively share updates   Serve as a central point of coordination between attorney, client, financial advisors, and service team members   Coordinate scheduling, communications, and next steps across all parties   Prepare & assemble high-quality client deliverables (binders, summaries, execution packets)   Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and professionally presented   Support a premium, high-touch client experience throughout the processRequirements5+ years of experience in wealth management and/or legal (estate planning, probate, trust administration, or related field strongly preferred)Demonstrated ability to independently manage client files from start to finishStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience working with high-net-worth clients or professional advisors is a plusIdeal CandidateStable work history (2+ years in prior roles preferred)Seeking a long-term professional role with opportunity for growth and increasing responsibility (not a short-term or transitional position)Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-drivenComfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing practiceStrong sense of accountability and follow-throughTakes pride in delivering a high-end, polished client experience
