Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across brand, licensing, ecommerce, wholesale, retail, and partnership channels. This role will assist in managing campaigns, product launches, influencer initiatives, events, social media coordination, and cross-functional communication across multiple lifestyle and fashion brands.The ideal candidate is proactive, culturally aware, digitally savvy, and passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. There will be required travel between NYC and LA on a monthly basis. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Campaign CoordinationAssist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, ecommerce, wholesale, and social channelsCoordinate launch calendars, campaign timelines, and marketing deliverablesSupport seasonal product launches, collaborations, and brand activationsAssist in developing presentations, recap decks, marketing briefs, and campaign reportsHelp ensure brand consistency across all consumer-facing channelsSocial Media & Content SupportCoordinate social media calendars and content schedulingAssist with content creation, influencer coordination, and community engagementOrganize creative assets including photography, video, campaign imagery, and product informationSupport paid media and digital marketing initiatives with asset management and reportingMonitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and consumer engagement opportunitiesInfluencer, PR & Partnership CoordinationAssist with influencer gifting, seeding, and partnership trackingCoordinate PR sample requests, product shipments, and event logisticsMaintain influencer, media, and partner databasesSupport collaboration launches and strategic partnership initiativesAssist with experiential marketing events, pop-ups, and trade showsEcommerce & Retail Marketing SupportCoordinate marketing needs for e-commerce launches and retailer programsSupport wholesale and retail partners with marketing assets and promotional materialsAssist in tracking campaign performance, traffic, engagement, and sell-through metricsHelp maintain marketing calendars aligned with retailer and distributor timelinesAdministrative & Cross-Functional SupportOrganize internal approvals, meeting notes, and project trackersCoordinate communication between marketing, creative, sales, ecommerce, and licensing teamsAssist in managing budgets, invoices, and vendor coordinationSupport ad hoc brand and marketing initiatives as neededQualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, social media, PR, or related fieldsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesFamiliarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital trendsProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar toolsAbility to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughPreferred ExperienceExperience within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, consumer products, or licensing industriesKnowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategiesExposure to influencer management, experiential marketing, or PR coordinationExperience supporting wholesale or retail marketing initiatives
