Hardscape and Landscape SalesPerson/Estimator Job Type: Full-time Salary: Negotiable salary plus commission Full Job Description: Responsibilities include landscape design and sales for a highly respected, fast paced Delaware County company with over 15 years in business. We have an energetic, creative environment where the right candidate can grow with our expanding organization. Emphasis will be on design and sales. Priorities are building relationships and interfacing with clients, estimating job costs and presenting designs to residential and commercial clientele. Responsibilities include setting up the job sites with the foreman at the start of the job and project management. Job Responsibilities: Create landscapes designs for residential and/or commercial clients Estimate projects, showcase and sell client proposals Prospect for new business Assure projects are quoted to maximize production and material costs and quality Schedule and attend client meeting Job Requirements: 3+ years of landscape sales experience Must have strong computer skills and experience with industry-based computer programs (ie Excel, Word) Experience with sales systems, techniques, policies, procedures and practices strongly desired. Must have exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written). Driver’s license required. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Schedule: Weekends as needed Experience: Estimating: 1 year (Preferred) Landscaping: 3 years (Required) Work Location: On the road
