Location: Austin, TX (In Office but Flexible)A well-established and growing law firm in Austin, TX, is seeking an M&A Associate Attorney to join its corporate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to work on sophisticated middle-market transactions in a collaborative, supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesRepresent buyers, sellers, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactionsDraft and negotiate transaction documents, including asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and related ancillary documentsConduct and manage due diligence reviews and coordinate with internal teams and external advisorsAssist with transaction structuring and closing processesProvide general corporate support, including entity formation, governance, and commercial agreementsQualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolActive Texas Bar membership or ability to waive in2–5 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions or corporate transactionsStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple matters independently and collaborativelySalary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $230,000.
