Production Operator - 1st Shift (5:30am - 2:00pm) $22.40/hr

Job Description Summary: Duties include, but are not limited to, setting up production equipment for production runs, coordinating line personnel activities for most efficient operation of assigned production lines. Other duties may include stacking, check weighs, and sanitation of equipment to ensure the overall product quality. In some cases, it may be necessary to complete proper documentation for all company programs and any other duties assigned by Production management personnel. Job Description: Successfully operate production line Learn all safety procedures for line. Learn how to use SAP as appropriate for position Complete all required paperwork and safety checks accurately and timely Clean mixer and other parts of line. LOTO training required. Proper use of blowers and air pressure Proper procedure for checking seals for accuracy to paperwork Keep work area safe, sanitary and orderly Follow appropriate safety procedures and good manufacturing practices at all times Keep packaging line lead person and/or supervisor informed about problems, potential issues and status of work in progress, including any supply shortages Be at workstation at the start of your shift Assist in training new employees when needed Report unsafe conditions and work-related accidents to Team Leader or Safety Manager immediately Back up to production line when needed Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.40 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
