Senior Rust Developer

A company is looking for a Senior Rust Engineer to join their Custom Software Development consulting team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust and implement Clean Architecture with CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns Build gRPC services for inter-service communication and optimize data access layers using SQLx Triage and resolve production support tickets for Rust-based microservices running on Azure Kubernetes Service Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in building backend services with Rust and 3+ years in production microservices architectures Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event Sourcing, and actor-based concurrency patterns Experience designing gRPC APIs and proficiency with relational databases like PostgreSQL Ability to work independently and take ownership of software projects Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and observability tooling
