Assistant Territory Manager

A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit contractors and assemblersCoordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely mannerCoach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction resultsProactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service callsManage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and stagingConduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brandAssist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustmentsFosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamworkRequired SkillsExceptional Customer serviceProficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookPreferred Requirements4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience.Competitive total compensation package including health benefits, 401k, vacation time and personal time.Background check and drug screen requiredReports to a location managerWork EnvironmentOperates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise.
