National Sales Manager

Seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to build and execute a national sales strategy, recruit and lead high-performing sales teams, and drive revenue growth in a full-time remote position. Key responsibilitiesBuild and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth goals Recruit, inspire, and manage a team of sales representatives across the U.S Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with leadership to align sales goals with company objectivesRequired qualificationsMinimum of 5 years of current outside sales leadership experience in the Credit Card Processing or Merchant Services industry Proven experience in building and managing geographically dispersed sales teams for at least 5 years Strong understanding of credit card processing, POS solutions, and payment technology Ability to recruit and mentor high-performing sales professionals Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for staying ahead of market trends
