Role Description The role is a full-time, on-site position based in Inman, SC. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks pertinent to their specific role, including personalized patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation, and delivering support services aligned with the organization's commitment to compassionate care. Responsibilities are performed with the goal of enhancing the overall patient-family experience and maintaining operational excellence. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients, families, and team membersProficient in organizing, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in healthcare, hospice, or palliative care is preferredAbility to work effectively in an on-site setting at Inman, SCEducation or certification relevant to the role is highly desirableCompassionate attitude with a commitment to excellent patient careFamiliarity with healthcare documentation practices is a plus
