Housekeeping Houseperson

Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Houseperson delivers service excellence to our guests by assisting the Housekeeping department in creating a larger than home, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for maintaining all corridors and public areas and assists Housekeepers with supplies, linens, and removal of trash.Performance ExpectationsEnsure housekeeper carts and closets are stocked and organizedEmpty dirty linen and trash from housekeeping carts and take to the appropriate location.Checks with housekeepers to ensure they have suppliesVacuum hallwaysClean elevator landings and doors.Monitor hallways and walls for scuff marks and remove.Report any items in need of repair.Follow all safety procedures while working.Behavioral ExpectationsBe effective and innovative in handling and solving problems in the workplace.Remain positive and helpful while keeping a steady pace.Committed to the success and growth of the company.Act honorably, even when no one is watching.Eagerness to grow and/or develop within the companyPassionately provide personalized guest service
