Solutions Consultant
Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation. Position requires 6 years of experience in the following:Delivering systems solutions (vision, strategy, roadmap) across the full implementation lifecycleUncovering customer objectives and solution vision using structured questioning and listening (Structured discovery)Conducting analysis and making recommendations based on uncovered stakeholder needs (Consulting)Evaluating ambiguous problems to identify root causes and generate solutions (Problem solving)Applying knowledge of differentiated products, services, and solutions to customer problemsAbout The JobGoogle Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google .Position reports to the Google New York, New York office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.ResponsibilitiesDevelop implementation strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by translating business use cases into actionable delivery modelsManage the end-to-end services business process from lead to delivery, driving operational excellence through forecasting, scoping, and agreement closureCollaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and consultants to define project goals, create Statements of Work, and act as the primary services contactBuild and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify new business opportunities and drive solution adoptionCreate and refine repeatable content such as best practice recommendations, tutorials, and technical documentation to support solution delivery.
