Map current value streams-Redesign work stations and equipment layout to support 6S driven flow and cellular manufacturing.-Eliminate unnecessary motion, transportation, and inventory through compact, organized work cells.-Waste Identification & Elimination3. Lead Kaizen events focused on the "6S wastes" and Value Stream Mapping. (-Quantify cost savings and productivity gains from each 6S and/or Value Stream improvement.4. Training & Culture Building-Coach teams to own and sustain 6S practices.-Build real time dashboards to track progress and drive corrective actions.5. Continuous Improvement Governance-Maintain a suggestion system for frontline 6S ideas.-Facilitate regular 6S review meetings and celebrate successes to reinforce cultural change.
