We are actively recruiting a skilled Project Coordinator / Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience for a client in the construction industry located in West Palm Beach, FL.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $52,333– $63,045 annually for the right candidate.What You Will DoAnswer phones, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office presenceManage executive calendars, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and organize filesSupport project coordination including document tracking, vendor and subcontractor communication, follow-up, and project file maintenanceHandle bookkeeping functions including organizing invoices, receipts, purchase orders, expense documentation, and processing weekly checks for review and approvalAssist with business certifications including SBE and related applications, renewals, document collection, and deadline trackingPrepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAttend trade shows, networking events, or business development events as neededAssist with basic social media content creation and posting as neededWhat You Must Have2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, bookkeeping, or office operationsBookkeeping experience required — invoice and payment tracking, weekly check processingReliable transportation and personal vehicle requiredStrong written and verbal English communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and calendar toolsHighly organized, dependable, punctual, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyProfessional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skillsActive Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hireFlexibility to attend occasional trade shows or business eventsPreferred But Not RequiredPrior experience in a construction office or supporting a contractor, GC, or subcontractorQuickBooks or similar accounting software experienceExperience supporting SBE, MBE, DBE, WBE, or similar certification processesBasic social media content creation or scheduling experienceBackground supporting executives, business owners, or project managersHow to ApplySubmit your updated resume for immediate consideration.
