Product Manager
We are a fast-growing startup in the digital health space, building an AI-powered platform that supports scalable, data-driven healthcare workflows. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and success of our products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product development, eager to learn, and looking to grow their career in product management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric product features.
Support the definition of product vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with senior product leaders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Work with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements and convert them into clear user stories.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Conduct user research and usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product usability and experience.
Ensure product features are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
Track and analyze key product metrics to measure performance and impact.
Write and maintain product documentation, including specifications and release notes.
Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and project timelines.
Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure alignment on product goals and delivery.
Stay current with design trends, tools, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with product and design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Jira, Trello, or Confluence.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or digital product companies.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
