Assembler - Direct Hire

ResponsibilitiesElectrical assembly of industrial machinery, including incoming power wiringWire control panels, subpanels, and machine-mounted electrical enclosuresConnect AC motors, servo motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, & operator interface devicesRun conduit between machines and enclosures for electrical interconnectionsBuild and wire electrical panels according to schematics and bills of materialsAssemble and terminate connectors, including M12, Ethernet, and serial cablesRoute, bundle, and secure wiring neatly and professionallyPerform light fabrication work such as drilling, wire stripping, and crimpingTroubleshoot electrical issues during assembly and testingRead and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagramsMaintain accurate red-line markups on schematics for any manufacturing changesFollow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company standardsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Assembler, Electrical Technician, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environmentExperience wiring industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power (230V and 480V)Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagramsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical issuesProficiency with basic electrical hand tools, including: Wire cutters and strippersCrimping toolsMultimeterScrewdriversAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStanding, bending, lifting, and working around industrial machinery are required
