Maintenance Assistant

Fallbrook Woods is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and experienced individual to join our Maintenance Team as a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is skilled with hand tools, works well independently, and understands general maintenance methods and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in general repairs and building maintenance. Knowledge of operating floor care equipment (a plus). Familiarity with safety and fire regulations. Experience with grounds maintenance and operating seasonal equipment. Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Preferred Experience: Working with or around residents living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia.
