Carrier Manager

*Job Responsibilities:* · Provide professional logistics support across three core areas, prioritized as follows: Ø *Primary Focus:* Support e-commerce business needs through small parcel delivery coordination. Ø *Secondary Focus:* Utilize truck delivery expertise to coordinate and manage truck transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient cargo delivery. Ø *Additional Support:* Assist in customs clearance collaboration, leveraging knowledge of U.S. customs processes. · Support the daily logistics operations of the Dallas warehouse, sales team, and business units to ensure seamless alignment between logistics and business objectives. · Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders—including operations, maintenance, warehouse management, and sales—to facilitate logistics-related communication and efficiently resolve emergent issues. · Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with truck transportation partners to ensure a stable and reliable logistics chain. *Job Requirements:* · Candidates with experience in *truck delivery operations*; · Candidates with experience in *e-commerce small parcel delivery* or *U.S. customs clearance*; · Candidates with experience in *logistics team collaboration* or *cross-functional coordination*. · Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with operations, warehouse, and sales teams, and respond promptly to emergencies. · Familiarity with truck dispatch systems and route optimization tools. · Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, particularly in truck transportation, e-commerce parcel delivery, or U.S. customs clearance.
