Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Weekend Hours! We are seeking an experienced Home Health Aide to provide clients with personal care, including handling medications and bathing and grooming. The right individual for this position has experience working with special needs adults and the ability to provide care to both children and seniors. The Home Health Aide must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information. Responsibilities: Assist the Coordinator in organizing and implementing individualized care plans. Be able to assist patients with their personal hygiene and grooming efforts. Assist patients with change of position and mobility. Dispose of patient care items in a clean and safe manner. Demonstrate appropriate professional conduct at all times.
