We put you first:Base salary for Millwright / Mechanic $26.00/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with an on-call rotation Boot and/or tool allowanceTelemedicine, Group insuranceFinancial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Mechanicville, as the Millwright / Mechanic :Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment safely, efficiently and in compliance with all plant policies and proceduresConduct preventive maintenance and repair on equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturing specificationsOnce sufficiently trained, you will be put on-call on a three (4) week rotation along with the mechanical maintenance team. The on-call duty is mandatory.You will need to make Safe Work Habits a way of life and follow OSHA as well as mill protocols.Finally, you need to have a sense of priorities when the machine is down, in order to restore production quickly, while prioritizing safety. Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: Ability to be in on-call rotationKnowledge of:Process Pumps.Bearings (Taper Fit as well as Straight).Normal Millwright Tasks.Proper Rigging Techniques.Piping Flexible and ability to adapt to changing needs of the operationMust be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs+Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiencyStrong teamwork and communication skillsPrior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instrumentsInstallation and troubleshooting with various types of machineryHigh School Diploma or GEDWe look forward to meeting you!
