Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleDeliver essential and dignified personal care, actively promoting patient comfort, mobility, and independence in daily living activities.Communicate critical changes in patient physical, mental, or emotional status swiftly and accurately to the nursing staff, ensuring rapid response and timely clinical intervention.Document all patient care activities, vital signs, and clinical observations thoroughly and accurately, ensuring high-quality, compliant health records for continuity of care.Maintain a safe and healing environment by proactively ensuring patient rooms are clean, orderly, and well-stocked, and that essential medical equipment is prepared and functioning.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.* Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
