Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for the full shiftMust be able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed Must be able to walk in and out of the heated pool room throughout the shift (temperature and humidity changes) Must have Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems Must be able to manage customer scheduling and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously Must be able to securely manage and remember multiple passwords Must be capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Must have excellent verbal communication and professional phone skills Must be able to perform light cleaning duties, including mopping, wiping down surfaces, organizing, and taking out trash Must be able to staff meetings and in-service trainings.
