Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship is requiredExperience supporting defense or government environments, including handling classified dataActive Secret clearance required (Top Secret or higher preferred)7+ years of professional experience in software engineeringPrior experience working on enterprise-scale platforms is preferredTechnical Skills & ExpertiseStrong proficiency in Python for backend developmentHands-on experience building full-stack applications using React and Next.jsExperience with AI agents / agentic systems and LLM-based application designFamiliarity with knowledge graphs (Neo4j) and relational databases (PostgreSQL or cloud equivalents such as Amazon RDS)Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of confidence scoring mechanisms and validation pipelines in AI systemsExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
