Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to join an innovative engineering team working on advanced control systems and embedded software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and validate advanced control algorithms and embedded software.Develop software using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and related modeling tools.Perform Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulations.Validate control software on machines and test environments.Debug embedded software using industry-standard tools.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Maintain software using version control systems and support continuous improvements.Required Qualifications:Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of industry experience (PhD preferred).Strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, Simscape Power Systems, and co-simulation.Solid knowledge of linear and nonlinear control systems, including PID, adaptive, sliding mode, neural network, or fuzzy logic control.Experience with embedded software development on real-time operating systems or Linux.Programming experience in C, C++, Python, Java, or JavaScript.Experience with Git and debugging tools such as Lauterbach, CANape, or CANalyzer.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
