*Full-time Direct Hire*Hybrid On-site (3 days/wk in office) in Austin, TXPosition SummaryThis hands-on technical leadership role operates within small, AI-native delivery teams where AI is the primary development model. Responsible for defining architecture, driving near-autonomous delivery, and ensuring high-quality AI-driven solutions within a regulated Life, Annuity & Health environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, DOI).
