Basic Qualifications This job requires a strong understanding of or the ability to learn quickly Minuteman III Reentry System Depot and Field Support Equipment. Troubleshooting and fault isolation skills required. Develops solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work is reviewed periodically for the adequacy of judgement, overall accuracy, and quality. Completes assignments requiring judgment and discretion. Primarily engages with immediate team members.To Be Effective In This Role, You Will Need Some expertise on both depot and field support equipment used for the Minuteman III reentry systems. Ability to engage with immediate team members and some government counterpart officials on technical challenges and options to resolve issues. Good oral and written communication skills are required to deal with complex issues. Demonstrated strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and decision making skills.
