Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lancaster, PA, for a Food and Beverage Manager. In this position, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team, and ensure high-quality service for members and guests. Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling and performance, overseeing budgets and inventory, implementing staff training, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The Food and Beverage Manager will also lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, foster a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure smooth event execution. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage managementStrong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure member satisfactionExperience in Training and mentoring staff to maintain high service standardsSkills in Budgeting and cost management for operational efficiencyExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesKnowledge of food and alcohol safety regulationsPrevious experience in hospitality, preferably in a country club or similar environmentFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
