*CANDIDATES CAN SIT REMOTE OUT OF NASHVILLE TN OR TAMPA FL* - MUST LIVE WITHIN A 3 HOUR RADIUS OF EITHER CITY Job Description:Insight Global's Veteran's benefits/disability client in Nashville, TN, is looking to add a team of Intake Specialists to their growing staff in a remote role. Candidates for this position will be able to sit within a three hour radius of either Nashville, TN, or Tampa, FL.Responsibilities: - Achieve Sales KPI's-Make 100+ outbound calls/day to warm leads-Input candidate data/documentation in to CRM § Personal information, medical information-Transfer client to elevated sales specialist Communicate with veterans compassionately and effectivelyRequired Skills:- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, remote call center/sales environment with weekly metrics -Ability to pass a background checkSchedule: - M-F, 8am-5pm local time (can be flex by an hour earlier/later for personal reasons)
