As a Software Engineer on the Wearable Systems team, you'll work end-to-end — from device and mobile integration, through the services that ingest and process physiological data, to the monitoring and reporting tools used in clinical and reimbursement workflows. You'll collaborate across mobile, backend, frontend, and clinical teams to ship features that have direct impact on patient care.ResponsibilitiesIntegrate wearable medical devices and mobile applicationsBuild services that ingest, process, and store physiological dataDevelop technician-facing monitoring and interpretation toolsIntegrate third-party AI services and support internal algorithm developmentBuild automated reporting workflows for clinical and reimbursement use casesCollaborate across mobile, backend, frontend, and clinical teamsParticipate in the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of end-to-end product featuresRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systemsProficiency in C# / .NET and experience designing and consuming web APIsExperience with at least one modern frontend framework (Angular preferred)Solid understanding of relational and/or time-series data storage and data processing pipelinesExperience deploying and operating services on a major cloud platform (Azure preferred)Comfortable working across the stack and collaborating with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with mobile development (Kotlin / Swift) or device/BLE integrationBackground in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated/data-sensitive domainsExposure to physiological or signal data (ECG, PPG, etc.) and/or ML/AI service integrationFamiliarity with automated reporting, HL7/FHIR, or healthcare reimbursement workflowsTech StackC# / .NET Angular Azure Kotlin SwiftWhy Octagos?Paid Time OffHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityEAPCompany Paid Holidays401(k)
