Our team is growing, and we're looking for driven, talented people to join us.The RoleThe Technical Project Manager is the execution backbone for our customer accounts. Sitting on the Sales team but working closely with Operations, the TPM keeps programs on track, spots risks before they become problems, and ensures our customer commitments are met without exception. In a typical week, you'll manage active programs across multiple accounts, track open quotes and orders in our ERP system, coordinate delivery commitments with Operations, and proactively surface any risks before they become misses.What You'll DoManage active customer programs across multiple accounts, keeping schedules, deliverables, and communications airtightPartner closely with Key Account Managers to support customers from onboarding through deliveryBuild accurate, timely quotes grounded in our capabilities and customer requirementsRead and interpret engineering drawings, part prints, and GD&T calloutsTrack order and program health in our ERP system and flag risks earlyDevelop and improve systems and processes that prevent problems before they occurCommunicate with customers and internal teams with professionalism and responsivenessBridge Operations, Sales, and customers to keep everyone alignedWhat We're Looking For3+ years in project management, program management, or customer-facing operations, ideally in manufacturing or precision machiningAbility to read engineering drawings, part prints, and basic GD&T calloutsExperience with ERP or MRP systemsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational instinctsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredCompensation$85,000 to $95,000 base, plus annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
