They offer a collaborative environment where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued.They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations, vendor payments, and month-end close activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with prior AP experience in a manufacturing or structured accounting environment.What You Get To DoProcess vendor invoices accurately and timely, including 3-way matching (PO, goods receipt, invoice)Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and policy complianceResolve invoice discrepancies with Purchasing, Warehouse, and vendorsMaintain vendor master data and supporting documentationPrepare and process vendor payments (ACH, wire, checks)Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and balancesAssist with month-end close, AP accruals, and cut-off proceduresPrepare and review AP aging reportsSupport internal and external audits related to Accounts PayableEnter and maintain AP transactions in SAP and invoice management systemsIdentify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiencyWhat You Need To Succeed2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experiencePrior experience working with an ERP system (SAP strongly preferred)Solid understanding of accounting principles and AP processesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExperience supporting month-end close is a plusManufacturing or international company experience preferredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysStable, full-time opportunity with a growing organizationStructured, team-oriented accounting environmentOn-site role (not remote or hybrid)Apply now!
