Brief DescriptionAbout the roleThe Product Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in telling Aegis Sortation’s story while shaping how our solutions are understood by customers, partners, and internal teams. This role bridges technical depth and creative storytelling, translating complex automation and material handling solutions into compelling, customer-focused messaging. The position supports product launches, sales enablement, ongoing market research, and content creation, while collaborating closely with sales, R&D, engineering, and Aegis leadership.What You'll DoDevelop and maintain product, solution, and service messaging that clearly communicates value, differentiation, and customer impactServe as a product and technology expert by maintaining deep knowledge of Aegis solutions, underlying technologies, and market trends to support accurate, effective marketing and sales enablement contentOwn product launch content, including positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and supporting materialsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable marketing statements for customer-facing and sales enablement useCreate and manage customer testimonials, case studies, and whitepapers in collaboration with sales and customersSupport photo and video initiatives tied to product storytelling, including planning, coordination, review, and asset managementWork cross-functionally with concepting, sales, and engineering to develop detailed, customer-facing proposal documents and templatesConduct industry, market, customer, and competitor research to inform positioning and messaging decisionsManage and report on Voice of Customer (VOC) analytics related to product and customer insightsSupport Customer Experience Center assets, facility branding, and customer visit materials as they relate to product storytellingSupport trade shows, events, and customer engagements by managing product messaging, materials, and overall marketing executionCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarityPerform other duties, as requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in product marketing, industrial marketing, or B2B marketingExperience working in manufacturing, automation, logistics, or adjacent industries is preferredDemonstrated ability to translate complex, technical information into clear, customer-focused messagingExperience supporting product launches, product positioning, or solution marketing initiativesStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and structureAbility to conduct research and synthesize insights into practical marketing guidanceComfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyAbility to communicate effectively across all levels, including C-suiteProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)SummaryAbout Aegis SortationAt Aegis, our purpose is clear: to create raving fans through expert innovation in intralogistics.
