This pivotal role will significantly influence both design and process engineering initiatives for the North American Sort Center (NASC), offering the opportunity to lead transformative projects alongside world-class talent.The ideal candidate will drive the design and implementation of next generation sortation centers and logistics systems globally, focusing on innovation in automated material handling, packaging technologies, and robotics. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, including new facilities, renovations, and retrofits, while developing end-to-end process designs for fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation hubs. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver cost-effective innovations under tight deadlines. Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills to handle multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.As a technical leader, you'll guide large-scale engineering projects from conception to completion, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and operational excellence.
