Job Posting TitleDWH/ ETL Developer Level III (Senior) - RECRUITED - USDescription: The Senior ETL Developer is responsible for participating in development, maintenance and enhancement of business applications. The role involves working with project teams assigned to a business unit or department, utilizing various technology platforms, and collaborating with business partners and technical staff to understand functional requirements, create system requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solution options.ResponsibilitiesProvide business analysis and programming expertise within an assigned business unit/area in the analysis, design, and development of business applications.Formulate and define application scope and objectives; devise and modify procedures to solve business problems.Prepare detailed specifications from which programs will be written, and design, code, test, debug, and document programs.Participate in business and IT project estimation activities.Provide technical leadership for small to medium-scale projects.Utilize business knowledge to collaborate and offer technical solutions.Be self-guided and complete tasks with minimum assistance.Under minimal supervision, effectively analyze and resolve medium to moderately large risk production problems related to assigned applications, assess alternatives and implement long-term solutions.Successful performance includes demonstrated ownership and timely responses to production problems and business unit inquiries.Ability to communicate effectively with business partners.Ability to provide fundamental technical and business analysis on projects.Strong technical knowledge and leadership, with hands-on experience managing systems development in new computing architectures and environments.Knowledge of relevant technology and tools is critical, including development methodologies and programming/scripting languages.Ability to accurately estimate project development activities.Experience with design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.Qualifications6-8 Years of Experience in utilizing IBM InfoSphere DataStage/Quality Stage/ISD 8.7 or above.6-8 Years of Demonstrated knowledge and application of ETL Data Warehousing best practices.6-8 Years of Experience with SQL against relational databases, preferably with Oracle database platforms 10g and above on Linux/Unix.3-5 Years of Experience in SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.1-2 Years of Informatica experience (plus).3-5 Years of Data Warehouse Architectural experience.1-2 Years of Experience in Hadoop stack (PIG, Hive, Spark).1-2 Years of exposure to Tableau BI, Logi, or other dashboard reporting experience (plus).Strong experience collaborating with DBAs, data modelers, and business analysts.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.J-18808-Ljbffr
