Every member completes a detailed voice-led interview and receives a personalized Compatibility Map designed to uncover how they communicate, connect, and thrive in relationships.We believe relationships are one of the most important decisions a person makes and the process should feel thoughtful & intelligent.About the RoleWe are hiring a Founding Membership Concierge & Activation Lead to help guide members through the Sophia experience.This is a high-touch role focused on onboarding, member communication, and conversion. You will personally engage with new Sophia users over text and help move them from signup → interview completion → Compatibility Map completion → membership conversion.Part concierge, part member experience, part activation and conversion strategy this role is ideal for someone who is emotionally intelligent, highly organized, warm, polished, and exceptional at communication.The right person understands how to make people feel personally cared for while also driving outcomes.What You’ll DoPersonally text and onboard every new Sophia signupGuide members through the Sophia interview experienceFollow up thoughtfully with users who have not completed onboardingKeep high-potential members warm and engagedHelp users understand the value of the Compatibility Map and Sophia membershipTrack user progress and maintain organized notes/status updatesIdentify friction points and improve onboarding conversion over timeCollaborate with the founder and growth team on messaging, scripts, and member experienceFlag exceptional or high-priority members to the teamHelp shape the operational systems and tone of Sophia as an early employeeIdeal BackgroundWe are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:Executive Assistant to high touch clientsPrivate members clubsLuxury hospitalityGuest relationsLuxury wellness or lifestyle brandsMatchmaking or relationship servicesLuxury retail clientelingHigh-touch customer successExecutive assistant / founder support environmentsCommunity or membership operationsYou May Be a Fit If You…Are exceptionally strong over text and written communicationHave a warm, polished, emotionally intelligent communication styleNaturally follow up and stay organized without being askedUnderstand how to create a premium, high-touch experienceCan balance empathy with execution and accountabilityEnjoy psychology, relationships, wellness, or human behaviorThrive in fast-moving startup environmentsAre excited about helping build something from the ground upCompensationThis role includes a base salary plus $50K - $70K depending on experience and performance-based commission tied directly to activation and conversion outcomes. Role is eligible for equity compensation after 6 months of success in role.
