Job DescriptionThe ICTV Director of Technical Operations is responsible for:Overseeing all technical operations of the station.Working with all Executive Staff members to maintain technical policies and workflows for Producers to follow and act as a resource for completion of all workflows.Coordinating with the Director of Programming to organize studio space and equipment allocation regulations.Overseeing the ICTV Checkout Center and training operators of the Center. Acting as a resource to all ICTV producers and volunteers in providing technical guidance and training. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating workshops.Serving as a liaison between ICTV Leadership, Manager of Facilities and Portable Equipment, Park Engineers, Administration, and Master Control Technicians.Identifying technology and equipment that can upgrade the station and overall quality of programming, including serving as requester of all budget allocations.Meeting weekly with the rest of the ICTV Executive Staff.All applicants should have at least one semester of experience volunteering within ICTV.
