Interns may rotate through key functions such as:Field OperationsProject ManagementEstimatingProject CoordinationInterns will spend time both on job sites and supporting project teams, gaining an understanding of the full project lifecycle.RequirementsDuties & ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and superintendents with daily project coordinationSupport job-site documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and submittalsParticipate in site walks and observe construction progressAssist with project scheduling and tracking project milestonesSupport estimating teams with quantity takeoffs and bid preparationReview drawings, specifications, and construction documentsAttend project meetings and learn how teams coordinate with subcontractorsPresent a summary of your internship experience at the end of the programQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldInterest in commercial construction and project deliveryStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, RedTeam, etc.) is a plusWillingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced project environmentWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience working on active commercial construction projectsMentorship from experienced construction professionalsExposure to both field operations and project management processesOpportunities to develop leadership and problem-solving skillsPaid internship with potential housing assistance for traveling internsNetworking opportunities with industry professionalsOpportunities to build professional relationships and explore potential career paths within Kroll KonstructionAdditional DetailsPaid internship (hourly rate based on experience)Housing, travel, and project-related expenses may be provided depending on assignment location.
