What This Role Involves This is an entry-level HVAC SERVICE position — a blend of technical learning, customer interaction, and sales-driven problem-solving. You’ll be trained to diagnose issues, educate customers, and help them choose the right solutions for their home comfort needs. What We’re Looking For ✔ No HVAC school required. Trade school is preferred but not a requirement — we will train the right person. ✔ Strong communicator. If you do not enjoy talking with people, building rapport, and explaining solutions clearly, this role will not be a good fit. ✔ Relationship-builder. You need to enjoy meeting customers, listening, and understanding their needs. ✔ High integrity + sales mindset. You should be comfortable recommending solutions and helping customers make confident purchase decisions — this is a strong sales role. ✔ Coachable and dependable. Show up, learn, grow, and be humble enough to take feedback. ✔ Professional appearance and positive attitude.
