Procurement Lead

Job Description & Skill Requirement:Manage end-to-end material management for R&D assembly projectsEnsure on-time availability of materials for buildsPlan materials using BOM, specs, and build schedulesExecute procurement (RFQ, PO, supplier follow-ups)Manage supplier performance and expeditingHandle onsite inventory management & trackingPrepare material kits for assembly buildsSupport build execution & resolve shortagesTrack KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, kit readiness)5–10 years in procurement / supply chain / material managementExperience in R&D / NPI / high-mix environmentsPaid Leave, Health Insurance, Group life insurance, Disability, 401(K)The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
