Associates are supported through structured clinical supervision, peer consultation, and an engaged leadership team that prioritizes quality care, ethical practice, and professional growth.This is a full-time outpatient role providing high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse California client population under appropriate clinical supervision.What Sets Us ApartStrong clinical leadership and supervisionTeam-based treatment planning and decision-makingRegular case consultation and peer collaborationAccessible and supportive managementClear clinical expectations with robust administrative supportStructured supervision to support licensure hours and clinical developmentResponsibilities Clinical CareProvide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches) under supervision.Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake, annually, and as clinically indicated.Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising clinicians and update plans in alignment with client goals and progress.Provide crisis intervention services when clinically necessary with supervisory guidance.Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the EMR.Care Coordination & Team CollaborationIdentify psychosocial barriers impacting treatment engagement and outcomes.Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and external providers as appropriate.Refer clients to community resources and supportive services.Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision.Prepare concise clinical summaries emphasizing psychosocial and systemic factors.Professional Development & QualityApply clinical social work or family systems frameworks in assessment and treatment.Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation required for licensure.Integrate supervisory feedback, best practices, and continuing education into clinical work.Perform additional related duties as assigned to support clinical operations.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient behavioral health or community mental health settings.Familiarity with Medi-Cal populations and California documentation standards.Prior experience working in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.RequirementsMaster's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT).Active California Associate registration (ASW or AMFT) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.Ability to work under licensed clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams (required).Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with strong time‐management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Commitment to ethical, client‐centered, and collaborative clinical practice.Job TypeFull‐TimePay Range $30 - $35 / Hourly.Location 100% Remote (California‐Based Providers Only)This is a remote position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
