As a senior MBSE, you will leverage your MBSE experience to help shape and lead the implementation of MBSE on current and emerging programs. You will assist Systems Engineering team members in developing model-based work products and serve as a key resource to other engineering disciplines to help facilitate efficient and effective adoption of MBSE principles and practices.Your responsibilities will include:Establishing MBSE implementation strategies for development programsInteracting with programs, functional and customer leadership to ensure alignment of MBSE implementation goals, expectations and outcomesCollaborating with MBSE Digital Transformation functional competency to facilitate adoption of MBSE initiatives and toolsDeveloping program architectures and system models utilizing established reference architectures to include interface control modelingMentoring and training SE team members to grow MBSE knowledge and capability within the team.Collaborating with other functional teams to ensure successful MBSE implementationThis position will also support the definition & implementation of MBSE products and processes by partnering across our Systems Engineering teams, and with the overall MBSE efforts. The goal is to incorporate and modernize model-based methods into products, processes, and design reviews. Define, develop, and maintain the end to end digital engineering architecture, ensuring traceability to program requirements and performance goals.This position is located at a facility that requires special access and will require a U.
