Nesco Resource is now hiring for a Band Saw Operator position at a facility in Hickory, NC.Job Description and RequirementsWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Band Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating band saw equipment to cut materials to specified dimensions while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate band saw machinery to cut materials according to specificationsMeasure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracyInspect materials for defects and maintain quality standardsFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with general production duties as neededRequirements:Previous band saw or machine operation experience preferredAbility to read measurements and use basic toolsStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to lift up to 40 50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPay:$15.00 $16.00/hour (based on experience)Shift:Monday Friday 6:30 AM 3:00 PMCOM135 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
