We are currently looking for a dynamic, friendly and customer-focused professional with a passion for driving results to join our spa team!Position Summary: As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring they have a memorable and seamless experience. You'll manage guest scheduling, ensure timely service delivery, and embody our core values in every interaction. In addition to supporting our sales process, you will play a key role in managing leads, following up with potential clients, and helping convert inquiries into loyal guests. Your role will also be vital in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, responding to guest inquiries, and consistently representing the V/O Med Spa brand with pride. You will report directly to the Spa Manager.Schedule:This is a part-time position with working days on Wednesdays and Saturdays, for up to 16 hours per week.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.Ensure that the guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they call on the phone or walk through the doorResponsible for ensuring all guests are scheduled accurately and receive their services in a timely and professional mannerPlay a key role in managing leads, following up with potential clients, and helping convert inquiries into loyal guestsEmbody V/O's core values and reflect them through their interactions and behaviorsContinually work to meet Guest expectations by responding to Guest questions and inquiries, managing the Guest intake process, ensuring a clean and organized work space, providing excellent communication and administrative services, supporting the sales process, and representing the V/O Med Spa brand at the highest level.What You Bring to the Team:Key Attributes for Success:Ethical and trustworthyPositive and enthusiastic attitudeEmpathetic and outgoingStrong problem solverTeam-oriented and responsibleMotivated by achieving goals and driving revenueConfident in engaging clients to promote services and productsEssential Skills:Highly organized and responsiveAdaptive and flexibleContinuous improvement mindsetEffective communication and time management skillsProven ability to manage leads and convert inquiries into salesSkilled in upselling and cross-selling spa services and retail productsComfortable working with sales targets and performance metricsQualifications:In-depth knowledge of spa servicesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsStrong cleanliness and sanitation practicesComfortable consulting clients on both cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment optionsPrevious experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environmentWhy Work with Us?At V/O Med Spa, we believe in fostering a positive and inspiring work environment where your contributions matter.
