OverviewProject Executive - West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide senior-level oversight of large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, client satisfaction, financial results, and leadership of project teams. This opportunity is located in West Palm Beach and will offer between 200,000-250,000 annually + excellent benefits!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple complex construction projects simultaneouslyLead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teamsDrive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk managementServe as primary client contact and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsCollaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teamsEnsure projects meet quality, safety, schedule, and profitability goalsQualifications10+ years of construction management experience, including senior leadership rolesProven experience managing large commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use projectsStrong financial, contract, and operational expertiseExcellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety CertificationFor immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates may reach out to Kelly Lucey at klucey@daleyaa.com.J-18808-Ljbffr
