Security Engineering Manager, Stores Org Mobile Security

For our client, we are seeking a Security Engineering Manager Stores Org Mobile Security to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $175,100 – $236,900 annuallyResponsibilities Lead and develop a team of Security Engineers and Technical Program Manager for mobile security initiatives Set and uphold mobile security standards for the company’s applications across various teams Drive measurable improvements in automated detection and security library adoption Forge collaborative relationships with partner organizations and participate in security programs Establish metrics and dashboards for mobile security impact reporting to leadership Communicate technical decisions and their business implications to senior management Mentor Security Engineers and TPMs, providing feedback and guiding promotionsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 5+ years in software security or related operational experience 3+ years of experience managing engineers or teams Experience with data analytics for problem identification Proficient in application security frameworks, security reviews, incident response, and mobile/cloud securityBenefits Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) matching program Paid time off and parental leave Wellness support, including mental health resources and flexible spending accounts Adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverageOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
