This role involves: managing BOMs, overseeing ECOs, product label template management, and coordinating with various departments to optimize production efficiency and ensure product accuracy.What You'll DoCreate, maintain, and update BOMs for all products to ensure accurate and efficient productionManage ECOs to implement product modifications and ensure timely updates to the BOMCollaborate with Customer, Design and Production Teams to validate changes and minimize production disruptionsIdentify opportunities for improving production processes and reducing costs while maintaining product qualityLiaise with Suppliers, Production Teams, and other departments to ensure product specifications and requirements are understood and metCommunicate with stakeholders regarding product updates, changes, and production schedulesAdditional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.What You'll BringA bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experienceIdeal to have 2 to 4 years of experience in Product Engineering or Manufacturing OperationsStrong knowledge of BOM and ECO processesFamiliarity with manufacturing processes and product data management (Agile) systemsA strong customer service and satisfaction mindsetFlexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environmentStrong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goalsFluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.Job Type: Full-TimeShift: Night (11:30PM-8AM)Work Location: San Jose, CA (on-site daily)Compensation: $110,000 -132,000 annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
