Serving as the primary link between Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, this role manages item setups in Infor Cloud, maintains the Mold Management system, and oversees raw material procurement.Job ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze inventory and items shipped reportsPrepare and produce daily production schedule, labels, MOs based on inventory and customer demandCommunicate schedule changes with production and customer serviceAssist in forecasting sales demands to maximize production efficienciesResponsible for providing accurate daily production and schedule control reportingConduct root cause analysis of daily yard reconciliation including junk reportingMaintain Mold Management system, including setup, location, and life cycle of all moldsManage current and new item setup in Infor CloudMonitor raw material inventory including verification of receiving materials and pricing updatesPrepare and issue purchase orders and coordination with vendorsAssist accounting department related to PO discrepanciesPartner with customer service on inquiries related to product availabilityParticipate in quarterly finished goods inventory and Bill of Materials updateEffectively communicate with site leaders about schedule, raw materials, delivery delays, etc.Additional responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededJob RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED or equivalent training, experience, and educationMinimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or accounting business experienceExcellent interpersonal skills: ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and managersExcellent communications skills, verbal, written, in-person and by telephoneStrong organizational, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skillsStrong analytical skills to gather data from multiple sources and report findingsAbility to take initiative and work independentlyAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience using Tableau, Infor OS Cloud and Salesforce Software preferredWhile performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently sit and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboardAble to work in dusty, hot and/or cold working conditionsRequires bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, stooping, reaching and standing for extended periods of timeWear company provided personal protective equipment - earplugs, hard hat, safety boots/shoes, and protective glassesWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
